“I was impressed with Rich Forster’s professionalism, energy and depth of wisdom. A Certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker, Rich was a catalyst for leadership and personal development among out Teaching Faculty and Administrative Staff. During those training sessions he has proved our staff with insights into what it means to be a “leader” and why it is important. He has also provided us with interpersonal coaching in an effort to create and significantly affect individual self-development, group change and growth.
Rich is positive, intentional and confident while all the time being encouraging and informative as a good coach does. His ability to adapt to a variety of personalities and those respective education levels is clearly evident as he communicates vision, mission and creates movement in the staff’s thinking and ultimately their behavior.
Without a doubt, Rich unequivocally has my recommendation and I am confident he will add value to your organization while exceeding your expectations. ”

I wanted to thank you for taking the time to provide the deputies of the Christian County
Sheriff’s Office with the John Maxwell “21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” training.
Since the training, I have heard several of my employees comment on the quality of the program
and have actually seen some of them beginning to implement some of the new leadership
strategies you taught them.
Your enthusiasm and dedication to providing this training was evident throughout the course
tenure. I look forward to our continued professional and personal relationship and look forward
to having you return for follow up training in the future.
The Sheriff’s Office would be glad to offer an endorsement for your professionalism and
commitment to the community you live in, to provide quality leadership training.
— Sheriff Brad Cole- Christian County Sheriff's Office
Dear Mr. Forster:
This letter is to express my appreciation for our office having been able to participate in the John Maxwell Leadership Training that you taught. You are clearly very knowledgeable and very sincere in your desire to teach and share with the participants. It was very evident you want to help others improve as leaders both personally and professionally. Everyone from our office who was able to attend was very complimentary of you and the training. They all found the training to be extremely valuable and would recommend it to others. It was unfortunate that not all member of our office were available to attend as I agree the training was valuable and worthwhile to our office. Everyone gained something from the training. Again, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. I wish you all the best.
